First Football Periodisation course in Portugal

The first Football Periodisation course in Portugal, which took place at the beautifull trainingcenter of Benfica, was a great success. More then 70 delegates have had a pleasurable and educational day. During the course the delegates learned about different topics, such as:

  • Football Philosophy
  • Football Performance
  • Football Fitness
  • Football Conditioning Exercises

At the end of the course Raymond Verheijen handed over the first copy of the book ‘Mais simples do que isto?’ to former striker of Benfica, Fiorentina and Braga, Nuno Gomez. This book is now available in our webshop.
